Allows any dog or cat that arrives at FOA a spot to be safe until we can reach your owners and the pet is picked up.

Owner of pet must is required to pickup the pet within first 24 hrs of coming into the facility. Service can be used up to three times in one year. If not picked up in 24 hours then a daily charge of $30/day holding fee will be accessed. On the fourth visit a fine and holding fees will apply. Program is renewable yearly.

Owners must bring with them a current rabies certificate for the pet and a valid ID (driver’s license or ID) before we can enroll them into the program. All pet’s will need a current rabies vaccination to be enrolled.

Disclosure: All information must be kept up to date and if you move, change email addresses, phone number etc. and FOA can’t reach you for pickup FOA isn’t responsible for the fees etc. If the animal is injured and needs medical the owner is liable for all expenses incurred. Terms of program can be subject to change.
