PLEASE NOTE, this link is for owner surrender only! All stray animals you will need to contact the proper authorities before FOA can accept the animal, see below. (We only accept feline and canine at this time)
FOA wants to help all animals we can, but we hope you understand there will be times when we cannot take on some surrenders due to space or other unforeseen circumstances. Although each case will be looked at one by one to determine if FOA is able to take in an animal.
I’ve found a stray or lost animal what should I do?
Good Samaritan Finder: FOA can help with checking for a microchip or posting to our Facebook pages the found animal once all proper information is obtained from the finder. Once all information is verified, we can assist by holding the animal or the finder can hold the animal until the proper owner is found. Once again, please remember due to spacing we may not be able to house all lost or stray animals at the time of finding.
Our main goal is to help as many animals as we can in a safe and loving way. Please note that FOA receives calls daily about lost animals and if you find one it is best to notify FOA.
